Everyone comes to coaching with their own set of goals, expectations, and learning styles. I offer a variety of services allowing you to choose the one(s) that best fit your specific needs: personal coaching, tele-classes & courses.

The idea of discussing your life with a stranger might seem a little uncomfortable at first. However, as you will see, we will quickly get to know one another and develop a relationship built on trust, respect, and taking positive action. You will be amazed how quickly your life can change once you have your own personal coach to help support your efforts and cheer you on!

Knowing people come to coaching for a variety of reasons, I have created a variety of coaching packages to meet a variety of needs and budgets. If you require something not "on the menu", feel free to inquire about custom packages, including pro bono or reduced rates for qualified clients.

 "Tune-up" Package — $99/month
(Or $79 when you buy a 3 month package)

• Two 30-minute telephone session per month
• A great way to try out coaching without making a large financial commitment. Perfect for families or individuals on a budget.
• Unlimited email support
• Evening & weekend sessions available

"Transition" Package — $149/month
(Or $119 when you buy a 3 month package)

• Three 30-minute telephone sessions per month
• Perfect for busy individuals who are interested in regular "laser" coaching support
• Unlimited email support
• Evening & weekend sessions available

 "Transformation" Package 1 — $219/month
(Or $175 when you buy a 3 month package)

• Three 45-minute telephone sessions per month
• A popular package, this option is perfect for individuals who feel they would prefer to spend more time discussing developments & designing action plans for the coming week.
• Unlimited email support
• Evening & weekend sessions available
